Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide support for marketing campaigns and trade shows.
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience in IT or technology sales is a plus.
